How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Modifications
If you need to change your booking dates or vehicle type, please contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your changes. Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
Early Return
If you return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, we do not offer a refund for the unused days. The daily rate may be recalculated based on the actual rental duration.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer a full refund or credit for future bookings.
